6 month+ contract
Project Information:

Several projects. American Express project. provide ID Secure service to AMEX for SSN or Credit Card info.
Monitors and send alarms to AMEX if unusual credit card activity.

Spring - Core, JDBC, JMS, Hibernate - modules
Hibernate
Oracle
SQL
WebServices - Weblogic JWS using Weblogic Workshop. Internally used. Some WebServices security;WS-Security
SOAP/WSDL
XML/XSD
Possibly migrate to Weblogic 10 & Oracle SOA Suite.
Development Methodology:

Hybrid Agile. Get requirements from business.
Not much documentation. Design docs, architectural solution documents.
Projects are delivered within 60-90 days. Fast paced.
Team Dynamics:

Dev Team size varies 3 or 4 up to 12.
Personality fit: Team player, accountable.
Take ownership of task and report status as progresses.
Responsible for their work, passion to work & learn
